Demand for action by writing a letter to Congress State President
Manendragarh (GD News): State executive member of Rajiv Gandhi Panchayati Raj Organisation and former District Panchayat member Sharan Singh has held former MLA of Bharatpur Sonhat Gulab Kamaron responsible for his defeat in the recently concluded Panchayat elections. In this regard, Sharan Singh has written a letter to Congress State President Deepak Baij and demanded appropriate action.
The letter written by State executive member of Rajiv Gandhi Panchayati Raj Organisation and former District Panchayat member Sharan Singh to Congress State President Deepak Baij is going viral on social media these days. In the letter, Sharan Singh has mentioned that he has been given the responsibility of contesting from MCB District Panchayat Area No. by the District Congress Committee. I was declared the official (supported) candidate of the Congress party for the post of Zila Panchayat member from 06 (Tarabhara), but to defeat me, former MLA Gulab Kamroon fielded Bharatpur-Sonhat Vidhan Sabha Youth Congress President Moti Singh, who is also his driver, against me in the election and many Congress party workers, even his brother Surjeet Singh, were deployed to defeat me.
Former MLA Gulab Kamroon opposed me and asked for votes in favour of Moti Singh, due to which I lost the election. I am very saddened by this act of Kamro ji and most of the workers are also saddened. Shri Kamro ji wants that no tribal face should be ready to compete with me in Bharatpur-Sonhat Vidhan Sabha area, due to which the party is getting weak in the area. His constituency includes 8 (eight) Zilla Panchayat areas out of which only Rajesh Sahu has won as a Congress candidate from Nagpur area. In the remaining 7 (seven) areas, Congress candidates have been defeated due to anti-party activities of Gulab Kamaron. Under the leadership of Gulab Kamaron, Congress is falling towards decline in Bharatpur-Sonhat Assembly constituency. Therefore, you are requested to investigate and take disciplinary action against Gulab Kamaron to save the Congress party. Regarding action against former MLA Gulab Kamaron, former Zilla Panchayat member Sharan Singh has not only written a letter to the State President Deepak Baij, but also sent a copy of it to the Leader of Opposition, Chhattisgarh Assembly Dr. Charan Das Mahat, former Deputy Chief Minister T.S. Singhdeo and President, District Congress Committee, District MCB Ashok Srivastava.
