Masses gathered to protest against the terrorist attack, anger erupted against Pakistan and terrorism

Manendragarh. MCB. The brutal killing of innocent people in the recent terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Kashmir has shocked the whole country. Manendragarh city also appeared united against this inhuman act. On Thursday, a tribute meeting was organized at Gandhi Chowk under the aegis of Hindu Sabha MCB District, in which hundreds of people attended and paid tribute to the dead and expressed strong anger against terrorism.

The speakers present in the meeting said that Pakistan sponsored terrorism is now intolerable and the central government should take strict action. The countrymen should also remain vigilant and raise their voice against terrorism unitedly.

During the programme, symbolic effigies of terrorism and Pakistan were burnt. The people present raised loud slogans like ‘Down with Pakistan’, ‘Terrorism should end’, ‘Bharat Mata ki Jai’. The entire Gandhi Chowk reverberated with patriotism and respect for the martyred citizens.

In this protest meeting, Hindu Sabha convenor Sudarshan Agrawal, district president Ramcharit Dwivedi, general secretary Apoorv Kar, VHP’s Ratan Kesharwani, Dineshwar Mishra, Chhattisgarh Chamber of Commerce state vice-president Pankaj Jain Sancheti, state minister Sanjeev Tamrakar, Ashish Agrawal, Suresh Srivastava, advocate Ashish Singh, Vineet Jaiswal,advocate Shyam Bihari Raikwar Himansh Srivastava Councillor Jamil Shah, former alderman Abrar Ahmed, Gurjeet Singh Khanuja (Kakke), Jalil Shah, Mahila Sabha President Mrs. Jaya Kar along with Geeta Pasi, Anjana Vishwakarma, Urmila Rao, Kalabai, Archana Vishwakarma, Alka Vishwakarma, Meenu Singh, Reena Burman, Gulbiya, Pooja Patel etc were present.
