The commission has taken away Pooja Khedkar&#8217;s IAS post and has permanently banned her from all future examinations. This information has been given by the commission itself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">UPSC has cancelled the provisional candidature of provisionally recommended candidate Pooja Manorama Dilip Khedkar in the Civil Services Examination-2022 (CSE-2022). The commission said that by cancelling the candidature of Pooja Khedkar, she has been permanently banned from all future examinations and selections.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On July 19, the Crime Branch of Delhi Police registered a case against Pooja Khedkar for misusing the disability and other backward class (non-creamy layer) quota to secure her candidature in the civil services examination. In this case, the anticipatory bail plea of \u200b\u200bPooja Khedkar was heard in Delhi&#8217;s Patiala House Court on Tuesday. According to the report of Live Law, advocate Bina Madhavan, appearing for Khedkar, told the court that her client was being targeted for filing a sexual harassment case against the collector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">First, Pooja Khedkar was accused of demanding a red light, VVIP number car and her own cabin in a private car as a trainee officer in Maharashtra.
