The Delhi High Court has rejected her bail plea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Justice Swarnakanta Sharma had reserved her order on both the bail applications of Kavitha on May 28. According to the information, she pronounced her verdict on Monday afternoon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kavitha had challenged the trial court&#8217;s May 6 order, in which the bail plea was rejected in the case registered by the CBI regarding corruption and the ED case in money laundering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kavitha&#8217;s lawyer said in the court that she is the only woman among the 50 accused in the case, so urged the court to consider granting&nbsp;her&nbsp;bail.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>New Delhi (Team Newsbuddy): Bharat Rashtra Samiti (BRS) leader K.
