The Commission had earlier sought a report from the District Magistrate in this matter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pathan is contesting against Congress&#8217;s Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury on Baharampur seat of Murshidabad district, who has won from here five times. Voting will be held on this seat on May 13.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yusuf Pathan was using the pictures of the 2011 World Cup victory in posters and banners during his election campaign. Sachin Tendulkar is also seen with him in it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Congress had complained to the commission accusing Pathan of violating the election code of conduct.<br>The party argued that it is not right to use the picture of a national hero like Sachin Tendulkar for political gain.<br>instruction<br>However, at that time Yusuf had argued, &#8220;I am proud to have played for the Indian team.
